Houmous bowl pret à manger

Ingredients

  • 1 cornbread
  • 250g Granoliva houmous original
  • 40g Granoliva semi-dried cherry tomatoes
  • 80g Granoliva grilled zucchini
  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • 100g drained chickpeas
  • 2 Heads of red chicory
  • 2g Raz-el-Hanout

Preparation method

  1. Spread the houmous. Arrange the chickpeas, grilled courgette, and cherry tomatoes in the center
  2. Finish with some chicory leaves and a sprinkle of Raz-el-Hanout
  3. VARIATION: Try it with other (grilled) vegetables. See what you have in stock or what's in season, and mix and match
