40g Granoliva semi-dried cherry tomatoes

80g Granoliva grilled zucchini

Freshly chopped parsley

100g drained chickpeas

2 Heads of red chicory

2g Raz-el-Hanout
Preparation method
- Spread the houmous. Arrange the chickpeas, grilled courgette, and cherry tomatoes in the center
- Finish with some chicory leaves and a sprinkle of Raz-el-Hanout
