Ingredients

  • Granoliva Houmous original
  • 70g Roasted chickpeas
  • 80ml Olive oil
  • 20g Ras el Hanout
  • 2g Baharat
  • 15st Pistachios
  • 1/2 Lemon zest
  • 2 pcs Lebanese flatbreads
  • 3g Parsley
  • 1g Fleur de sel
  • 30ml Olive oil

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the chickpeas with Ras el Hanout and olive oil, and roast for 5 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven (180°C).
  • Spread the Granoliva Original Hummus on a small plate and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Distribute the roasted chickpeas over the hummus.
  • Serves 3–4 • Prep time: ± 15 min
  • Sprinkle with Baharat spices and fleur de sel.
  • Top with pistachios, parsley, and lemon zest.
  • Warm the Lebanese flatbread in the oven for 2–3 minutes. It should be warm, not crispy.
