Naan toktok with Curry houmous

1 naan bread

80 g Houmous Curry

Harissa (Al’Fez)

5 g thinly sliced red onion

5 g young spinach leaves

10 g Granoliva Sweety drops

100 g chicken breast, diced
Preparation method
- Marinate the chicken with the Harissa paste (5 g Harissa for 100 g chicken), 2 cl olive oil, and 2 g salt. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
- Brush the naan bread with the oil from the Granoliva Sweety Drops and grill until crispy.
- Cut the naan bread in half and spread with the Curry Houmous.
- On one half, arrange the marinated chicken pieces along with the red onion, spinach leaves, and Sweety Drops.
- Fold the naan closed and serve.
