Ingredients

  • 1 naan bread
  • 80 g Houmous Curry
  • Harissa (Al’Fez)
  • 5 g thinly sliced red onion
  • 5 g young spinach leaves
  • 10 g Granoliva Sweety drops
  • 100 g chicken breast, diced

Preparation method

  1. Marinate the chicken with the Harissa paste (5 g Harissa for 100 g chicken), 2 cl olive oil, and 2 g salt. Mix everything well and let it marinate for 20 minutes. 
  2. Brush the naan bread with the oil from the Granoliva Sweety Drops and grill until crispy.
  3. Cut the naan bread in half and spread with the Curry Houmous.
  4. On one half, arrange the marinated chicken pieces along with the red onion, spinach leaves, and Sweety Drops.
  5. Fold the naan closed and serve.
