Baguette houmous with tomato tapenade

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette
  • 2 slices of gourmet ham
  • 40g Granoliva Houmous original of Houmous basil
  • 20g Granoliva semi-dried tomatoes
  • 40g Granoliva tomato tapenade
  • 5g arugula

Preparation method

  1. Cut the baguette in half and spread the bottom half with houmous. Spread the top half with the tomato tapenade
  2. Arrange the ham and sun-dried tomatoes on top
  3. Finish with arugula leaves and close the sandwich
  4. Enjoy!
