Ingredients

  • 50g Granoliva Labneh – Yogurt dip mint, lemon & za’atar
  • 3g Mint
  • 25g Cucumber
  • 10g Red onion
  • 1g Sumac
  • 10g Olive oil

Preparation

  1. Dice the cucumber and red onion into brunoise.
  2. Finely chop the mint and mix it into the cucumber mixture.
  3. Then mix in the olive oil.
  4. Spread the Granoliva Labneh onto a plate and use a spoon to create a well in the centre.
  5. Add the cucumber salad into the centre and finish with a few fresh mint leaves, olive oil, and sumac.
  6. Serve with Lebanese bread.
