Chlada dip with labneh
Ingredients

50g Granoliva Labneh – Yogurt dip mint, lemon & za’atar

3g Mint

25g Cucumber

10g Red onion

1g Sumac

10g Olive oil
Preparation
- Dice the cucumber and red onion into brunoise.
- Finely chop the mint and mix it into the cucumber mixture.
- Then mix in the olive oil.
- Spread the Granoliva Labneh onto a plate and use a spoon to create a well in the centre.
- Add the cucumber salad into the centre and finish with a few fresh mint leaves, olive oil, and sumac.
- Serve with Lebanese bread.
