
The houmous sandwich
Ingredients

Rustic brown bread

Granoliva Houmous original

Granoliva marinated artichoke hearts

Granoliva grilled eggplant

Granoliva grilled zucchini
Preparation method
- Buy an unsliced rustic brown bread
- Slice it into 2 cm thick pieces with a bread knife
- Take a container of Granoliva grilled artichokes, eggplant & zucchini
- Use a brush to spread some of the oil from the vegetables onto the bread slices
- Generously spread houmous on one slice of bread
- Layer the grilled vegetables on top
- Place the plain bread slice on top to close the sandwich
- Enjoy!
