The houmous sandwich

Ingredients

  • Rustic brown bread
  • Granoliva Houmous original
  • Granoliva marinated artichoke hearts
  • Granoliva grilled eggplant
  • Granoliva grilled zucchini

Preparation method

  1. Buy an unsliced rustic brown bread
  2. Slice it into 2 cm thick pieces with a bread knife
  3. Take a container of Granoliva grilled artichokes, eggplant & zucchini
  4. Use a brush to spread some of the oil from the vegetables onto the bread slices
  5. Generously spread houmous on one slice of bread
  6. Layer the grilled vegetables on top
  7. Place the plain bread slice on top to close the sandwich
  8. Enjoy!
