Pesto penne with ham

Ingredients

  • 4 kg penne pasta
  • 1 kg cooked ham, diced
  • 400g Granoliva Green pesto
  • 400g Granoliva Grilled zucchini
  • 80g Granoliva Semi-dried tomatoes
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Grana Padano cheese shavings

Preparation

  • Steam the pasta until cooked in your steam oven. 
  • Heat the pesto and mix it with the pasta, along with the zucchini, tomatoes, and diced ham.
  • Arrange the Pesto Penne on a serving dish and garnish with fresh basil and Grana Padano shavings.

To reheat:

  • 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 130°C
  • or 7 minutes in the microwave at 750W
