100g Falafel

75g White cabbage

20g Mini cucumber

20g Red onion

125g Turkish bread

10g Coriander

25g Granoliva Spicy marinated olives

15g Granoliva Labneh - Yogurt dip mint, lemon & za’atar

15g Granoliva Tomato–pepper Salsa – Matbucha

15g Granoliva Houmous Zough parsley & coriander

Preparation
- Finely slice the white cabbage.
- Cut the red onion into thin strips.
- Halve the spicy olives.
- Cut a mini cucumber into slices.
- Pick a few nice coriander leaves.
- Blend the Granoliva Matbucha into a smooth salsa.
- Take 3 piping bags and fill them with:
- Granoliva Labneh
- Granoliva Houmous Zough
- the smooth Matbucha salsa
- Fry the falafel for 3 to 4 minutes at 180 °C.
- Briefly grill the bread.
- Time to assemble!
- Serve as convenient street food - perfect to eat on the go!
