Ingredients

  • 100g Falafel
  • 75g White cabbage
  • 20g Mini cucumber
  • 20g Red onion
  • 125g Turkish bread
  • 10g Coriander
  • 25g Granoliva Spicy marinated olives
  • 15g Granoliva Labneh - Yogurt dip mint, lemon & za’atar
  • 15g Granoliva Tomato–pepper Salsa – Matbucha
  • 15g Granoliva Houmous Zough parsley & coriander
  • Piping bags

Preparation

  1. Finely slice the white cabbage.
  2. Cut the red onion into thin strips.
  3. Halve the spicy olives.
  4. Cut a mini cucumber into slices.
  5. Pick a few nice coriander leaves.
  6. Blend the Granoliva Matbucha into a smooth salsa.
  7. Take 3 piping bags and fill them with:
    • Granoliva Labneh
    • Granoliva Houmous Zough
    • the smooth Matbucha salsa
  8. Fry the falafel for 3 to 4 minutes at 180 °C.
  9. Briefly grill the bread.
  10. Time to assemble!
  11. Serve as convenient street food - perfect to eat on the go!
