Our falafel sandwich is a tribute to authentic flavors, served on traditional Turkish bread. This artisanal bread adds a rich, soft texture that pairs perfectly with the crispy falafel. We created a combination of something spicy, creamy, and herby to elevate the mild flavor of the falafel. The result: a true explosion of flavor in every bite!

This salad is packed with authentic North African flavours such as apricot, almond, Jben cheese, and a touch of Ras el Hanout - all perfectly balanced for a delicious whole. The dish is versatile and can be served both vegan (without cheese) and vegetarian. For an even richer experience, it pairs wonderfully with a piece of chicken or lamb. The Sabich sandwich is an Iraqi-Israeli dish. Sabich or sabih is Hebrew for pita bread filled with fried aubergine, hard-boiled eggs, salad, parsley, and tahini sauce. You can prepare several sandwiches in advance to serve them quickly.
