Fresh Moroccan Salad with Apricot and Ras el Hanout

45g Granoliva Houmous Ras el Hanout & Apricot

15g Olive oil

10g Lemon

75g Lettuce

50g Romaine hearts

20g Almonds

15g Chickpeas
-
2g Ras el Hanout

15g Red onion

2g Sumac

Optional: 75g Jben cheese or similar (such as feta)
Preparation
- Prepare a dressing using the Granoliva Houmous Ras el Hanout & Apricot combined with olive oil and lemon juice. Ensure the consistency is runny enough; if needed, add a bit more olive oil or lemon juice. You can also use yoghurt if you prefer a milder dressing.
- Roast the chickpeas with some Ras el Hanout.
- Toast the almonds.
- Finely slice the red onion.
- Assemble a colourful and flavourful salad!
- Optional: Crumble the Jben cheese; if unavailable, feta works perfectly too.
- Ready to serve!
