Ingredients

  • 45g Granoliva Houmous Ras el Hanout & Apricot
  • 15g Olive oil
  • 10g Lemon
  • 75g Lettuce
  • 50g Romaine hearts
  • 20g Almonds
  • 15g Chickpeas
  • 2g Ras el Hanout
  • 15g Red onion
  • 2g Sumac
  • Optional: 75g Jben cheese or similar (such as feta)

Preparation

  1. Prepare a dressing using the Granoliva Houmous Ras el Hanout & Apricot combined with olive oil and lemon juice. Ensure the consistency is runny enough; if needed, add a bit more olive oil or lemon juice. You can also use yoghurt if you prefer a milder dressing.
  2. Roast the chickpeas with some Ras el Hanout.
  3. Toast the almonds.
  4. Finely slice the red onion.
  5. Assemble a colourful and flavourful salad!
  6. Optional: Crumble the Jben cheese; if unavailable, feta works perfectly too.
  7. Ready to serve!
