Croque grill it

Ingredients

  • Multigrain bread
  • Granoliva Spicy houmous
  • Feta cheese
  • Granoliva grilled pepper mix
  • Granoliva pepper tapenade

Preparation method

  1. Buy a whole unsliced multigrain bread. It’s best to purchase it a few days in advance so it’s easier to spread 
  2. Using a bread knife, cut thick slices of about 2 cm
  3. Preheat your sandwich press
  4. Spread spicy hummus generously on both slices
  5. Crumble the feta cheese and mix it
  6. Spread the feta cheese mixture on one half of the houmous-covered slice
  7. Place the other slice on top, then grill in the sandwich press until golden brown and crispy
  8. Cut the sandwich halves in two and serve on a plate
  9. Optionally, garnish with some tomato-mozzarella salsa and a dollop of pesto
