Multigrain bread

Granoliva Houmous basil

Mozzarella

Granoliva Pesto Verde spread

Granoliva semi-dried tomatoes
Preparation method
- Buy a whole unsliced multigrain loaf. It’s best to do this a few days in advance to make the bread easier to spread
- Slice the bread into thick slices of about 2 cm with a bread knife
- Preheat the sandwich press
- Spread both slices generously with Granoliva Basil Hummus
- Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix with some pesto. Then add the semi-dried tomatoes and mix again.
- Top one hummus-covered slice with the tomato and mozzarella salsa.
- Fold the two halves together and toast in the sandwich press until golden brown
- Cut the sandwich halves in two and serve on a plate
- Optionally, garnish with some mozzarella-tomato salsa and a dollop of pesto
- Enjoy your meal!
