Ingredients

  • 2 slices of cornbread crispy toasted
  • 100g Granoliva Piquillo tapenade
  • 60g Granoliva grilled zucchini
  • 4 slice of raw ham (Ganda type)
  • 40g sweet corn
  • 5g aragula
  • Mexican spice mix

Preparation method

  1. Spread the corn bread with the tapenade, then sprinkle with the corn
  2. Arrange the ham and grilled zucchini on top
  3. Finish with arugula leaves and some Mexican spices or smoked paprika powder
  4. Tip: for a vegetarian version, replace the ham with extra vegetables - just as delicious
