2 slices of cornbread crispy toasted

100g Granoliva Piquillo tapenade

60g Granoliva grilled zucchini

4 slice of raw ham (Ganda type)

40g sweet corn

5g aragula

Mexican spice mix
Preparation method
- Spread the corn bread with the tapenade, then sprinkle with the corn
- Arrange the ham and grilled zucchini on top
- Finish with arugula leaves and some Mexican spices or smoked paprika powder
- Tip: for a vegetarian version, replace the ham with extra vegetables - just as delicious
