The Mufuletta Sandwich is an Italian-American recipe that originated in New Orleans. The black olive tapenade is the foundation. From there, you can add various layers to your liking. With Granoliva, we created a delicious veggie version with grilled peppers, grilled eggplant, green pesto, fennel, and tomatoes — a true flavour explosion on a bun.
